Tae Kwon Do is a great way to get into shape, relieve stress, spend time with your family, and make new friends! Classes are offered for children age five and older, and adults. We also have a special Saturday morning 'family class.' 

 

When people think of Tae Kwon Do they usually think of physical fighting, but in Tae Kwon Do, we focus on the Five Tenets: Courtesy, Integrity, Self Control, Perseverance, and Indomitable Spirit.  We promote these tenets and their importance to all students, especially children, to help them develop into well-rounded adults.  

 

Instructors Robert Gregory, Linda Hayes-Gorman and Paul Heatherman teach traditional Tae Guk forms, self-defense, and Olympic style sparring in a safe and structured environment.
