Cardio Kickboxing

If you want to kick, punch, and have fun practicing martial arts moves, but do not have time for traditional training, this class is for you.  Participants work at their own pace, adjusting their speed and power for their own abilities. Dress comfortably, bring a water bottle and wear either hand wraps or light boxing gloves. We use (and abuse) free standing kicking/punching bags.
