Traditional Chinese Arts

Si Hing Pablo Gomez teaches traditional Chinese arts classes in Kung Fu, (Northern Shaolin, Southern Long Fist), and Tai Chi.  Students undergo physical training to develop speed, balance and power. They begin their training with repetitions of basic exercises for strength, conditioning and coordination.
